Traditional methods, relying on manual analysis and limited data points, were proving inefficient and reactive. ## Our Solution Our team partnered with the bank to develop a revolutionary data-driven tool that transformed their risk assessment process. By leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms and a comprehensive data lake, we built a system capable of automating branch risk analysis by ingesting vast amounts of data including financial performance, customer behaviour, compliance records, and internal audit reports.
