# Aishwarya S Nair

Chief Operating Officer

Aishwarya S Nair serves as Chief Operating Officer at The Shard, where she leads the organization's operational and administrative functions ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across teams. In her role, she is responsible for streamlining processes, managing resources, and supporting strategic decision making to drive organizational efficiency and growth. She supports in translating strategic priorities into execution, ensuring alignment across business units, and maintaining oversight of core operational frameworks. Alongside her professional responsibilities, she is pursuing the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication and brings over two years of experience in substation automation projects, where she worked on the development and testing of automation systems.
