With a strong technical foundation in IFRS, Mbali has deep experience across complex accounting areas. She is recognised for her ability to distill intricate technical requirements into clear, practical guidance for executive stakeholders. She has led major advisory engagements—including IFRS 17 implementation and post-transition reviews—driving outcomes that balance compliance, operational efficiency, and business value.
