Kediretse is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) who is currently a Financial and Managing Director of the Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) Department at The Shard. She has 13 years’ experience in audit, accounting advisory and tax and has performed senior manager roles. She has serviced both listed and unlisted clients in auditing which included Listed clients in overseas markets. She also serviced public and private sector clients while working in the accounting advisory division at one of the Big four audit firms
Kediretse worked internationally as she was seconded to work in the United Kingdom (UK) and United States (US) during her time at one of the Big four audit firms.
She has performed new accounting standards implementation, accounting system implementation and presenting technical accounting training. She has been working with her team in the implementation of IFRS 17 at one of the Banks in South Africa and has prepared a specific IFRS 17 implementation pack for The Shard which her team is using to go to market.
She is passionate about imparting knowledge to those she works with and ensuring she provides the best service to clients. She also takes part in mentoring younger women as she believes in building a legacy and giving others equal opportunities.
