Mathias Sithole is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA) with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is an approved valuator and liquidator of retirement funds and a recognised Key Individual under the FAIS Act.

Mathias specialises in employee benefits, investment advisory, and actuarial consulting, with extensive experience across both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement schemes. He has advised retirement fund trustees, corporates, and stakeholders on actuarial valuations, funding strategies, regulatory reporting, and long-term investment strategies.

He has also contributed to the profession through his role as a member of the ASSA Damages Committee, where he was involved in advancing actuarial practice in damages and litigation support.
