Mologadi is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in commercial & investment banking, and she's recently made a transition into private equity within a niche family office.

Mologadi's sector experience spans across retail, manufacturing, TMT and state owned companies. She is a well-rounded individual who has developed competencies in all major areas of business from accounting, auditing, business strategy, operating plans, execution, development and service.

She has also assisted various companies to pursue strategic growth opportunities (organic and acquisitive) and optimise their capital structure.
